All products are individually evaluated. We simply don't carry all products offered by our vendors. Most toys and foods are evaluated by us with our own birds. All products are physically handled and evaluated before sale

We use clean packaging -- no reused boxes that have been subject to filthy delivery trucks -- we try and avoid the use of plastics for the environment and do not use stryofoam or peanuts.

We do not risk the health of your birds by repackaging foods. For this reason we cannot provide samples of food.. All foods are sold only in individual manufacturer packaging.

We try to offer products at the lowest prices possible to help your bird dollars stretch as far as possible.

We have negotiated low shipping rates with FedEx for Home Delivery and Express. We also offer USPS Flat Rate Boxes.

Our food turnover is very high, so there is very little chance of expiration dates being an issue. When expiration dates do get close, we put those items on Clearance and clearly indicate what those dates are.

We do not allow birds in our storage and package processing areas.
