To small

It is too small for my Blue Fronted Amazon, even though it says it is the proper size. It is a tough squeeze to get him in and out. We had a blue halter of the same size, and it fit fine. So, I don't know what the issue is, but make sure you size up your bird before trying to put the harness on.
