Good Ball for Large Birds

My female IRN loves balls. I have been looking for a large durable ball since she destroyed her last one. She usually plays with Ferret balls. I like the size of the ball just not the size of the holes. This is made for a larger bird (macaw size) I did like that I was able to open the ball and put one of her balls inside so that there was a bell in there. I hate that she can not throw it aro

Worth its weight in gold!

My DYH Amazon loves this toy and plays with it daily! I put an assortment of small toys in it along with a couple of things I know she REALLY wants - and right now that is peanuts. She does not give up until she gets that peanut out and sometimes it takes quite a while. This is a fantastic toy!

Q: Is there any way my african grey could chew threw this acrylic? She is rough with her toy and her favorite toy is the heavy plastic rattle ball that happy beaks makes. Its not a thin plastic and she chews right through it. i had to take it away because i couldn't risk plastic pieces falling into her food bowl. Ive been trying to find a replacement because she loves foot toys and nothing is getting her interest right now. Is this safe? Please let me know if its not destructible by a grey's beak. Also any chance you have a little rattle that can be added to the inside? She loves foot toys that she can toss around that make noise.

A: Amber -- should be plenty of durable enough - -the acrylic is tougher than regular plastic toys. You can open the ball and put whatever you want in it -- treats, small balls, beads, etc. and make an excellent rattle. You can search for the product on YouTube and see some videos of the toy in use.
