Comfy Perch, Small - 14"

My cockatiel needed an additional perch is his cage and I wanted something that might also be fun. He took to it right away and now it is one of his favorite hangout spots.

This is the perfect size for my Pineapple Conure with a couple of missing toes and injured beak...she can hold on to the soft ridges easily!

I bought this perch to replace the standard plastic one that came with our travel cage, and make the birds grip a little more sturdy during car rides. The small size fits perfectly in the cage and is very secure. :)

I have been using these for many years, initially when I had a canary develop a pressure sore on his foot. We all know how important it is to use a variety of perches with our birds, each of my birds ha at least 2 of these of varying types. The great thing is they can be washed - I throw them in the laundry and air dry. As with most of the things in our cages, keep an eye on them if you have chewers - you do not want any fraying. I have had big birds not chew and I have had my tiny parrotlet shred one to pieces.
