Damaged items, including broken items, open bags of food, etc., must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery of packages. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receiving them and complete a Contact Us Form to properly document any issues.
Issues with broken seals and bugs with foods must be reported within 30 days of delivery. You MUST hold onto damaged material until we tell you to discard it in case we want to have it returned to file a claim.
