Due to supply issues we sometimes have to limit the number of a certain products that can be ordered by one customer in one order. Sometimes this quantity is noted on the Product Page and sometimes not as it may be a short-term issue. If you cannot add more than a certain amount of a product to a shopping cart and our stock level shows more, then this is likely the issue. This limit is imposed in a 10-day ordering period. If you are ordering the maximum quantity of a product, please do not place another order for the same item in any 10-day period. Orders placed within the 10-day period by the same customer (or a different customer ordering to the same shipping address) will be canceled and refunded and you will be notified of when you can order again.
