New Rewards Program

With our new software, you can now add items to the cart and purchase them using your Rewards Point balance. If you have enough points for the product, it can be free! First, you need to log into your account -- if this is the first time on our new platform, you will have to send for your password reset link to get into your account. Once logged in, you should see your Rewards Point balance along with other account information. If you remain logged in while shopping, you will see a new button "Redeem This Item for XX Points" below the Add to Cart Button.

Remember: In order to earn and redeem Rewards, you must create an account. If you had a points balance from our old platform, they should have been transferred over for you, if you had an account with a password. Otherwise you can create one now and start earning rewards!

Greetings. I was unable to find a specific page detailing the workings of the rewards program, so I have a question regarding this. Let's say that a purchase in my cart indicates "REDEEM THIS ITEM FOR XXX" and I only have XX points - can I use my existing points to reduce the cost of the purchase? Thank you for your time.

Dan - I'm afraid you need the full amount of points, you cannot apply a partial point amount to a product.

Where do I create a new account?? I had an account and now I need a new one? How? There is nothing I see on your page to reset my password. I need parrot food and if I can't order tonite I will go elsewhere
