We are happy to contact the manufacturer directly on your behalf regarding such issues, but any refunds/credits/replacement of items is dependent on the manufacturer refunding us for the items before we can refund our customers, and in most cases shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us on a case-by-case basis with any issues regarding product quality.
