We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Other returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, but items that have been opened and introduced into a bird environment cannot be returned. All returns must have a pre-approved RMA number or a 10-percent fee will be assessed. Custom items, such as perches, or items like rope cut to length, are not returnable. A restocking fee may or may not be applied.
Defective food items (bugs, etc.) returns must accompany original manufacturer packaging and requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Note: a small number of bugs is a fairly common thing and can be taken care of by freezing product for 24 hours.
Returns that are a result of customer refusing package are subject to return shipping and restocking fees. Refused shipments may be subject to return shipping fees.
