If purchasing accessories for your Wingabago, (cover, ss door, perches, etc.) while these items will generate a shipping charge if added to the shopping cart, if purchased along with a carrier, these shipping charges will be dropped (basically anything that can fit in the carrier box). Should a customer wish to return a Wingabago for any reason other than damage or defect, customer acknowledges that they will be responsible for shipping charges BOTH WAYS. As with any other product, if the carrier has been exposed to your bird's environment it is no longer returnable.
