The Birdafe Store, LLC is a company started in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2001. The store is associated with Birdsafe.com (our informational site). This store is NOT associated with My Safe Bird Store -- a store started up in 2011 using a website name sounding very much like ours -- initially this was www.mybirdsafestore.com -- after which we took legal action as this was a violation of our trademark and it was ordered that name cease to be used -- only to be changed to mysafebirdstore, which we feel is still an infringement on our registered trademark but cannot afford to pursue.
