Many times customers will contact us to check tracking on their packages - and a few times when they haven't received it yet. Since the longer we take to report to a carrier about a lost package the harder it is for them to trace it down, it's vital that as soon as you receive your tracking email from the Birdsafe Store - -store it in a safe place on your computer and follow the tracking daily to get an idea of when it will be delivered so you can be on the lookout for it. This not only allows you to get your items as soon as possible, but also allows us a quicker trace should the information show it was delivered when it was not. If we can ask the driver the next day, he/she is more likely to remember the delivery rather than waiting 2 weeks.
