This has made such a difference for me and my red-bellied parrot. He is a seriously bitey, hands-off bird, so it's SO hard to find ways to get him quality out-of-the-cage time in a way that's safe and fun for both of us. And then it's hard to collect him and bring him back to his cage without a lot of escalating energy. I've tried a few different types of perch and this one really works for us. I introduced it very slowly of course and he still gets a little dramatic about it sometimes but then he'll settle down and perch on it and play with foot toys, groom himself, hang out, let me carry him to a playstand or another room.
